Bio

After graduating from Bilkent University with a degree in Translation and Interpretation and completing the English Language Teaching Program at Hacettepe University, she became a Teacher of English. She first started teaching KG and primary grades. She then continued teaching middle and high school at one of Turkey’s well-known schools and served as a coordinator of English teachers in secondary grades.

As a ten-year-experienced teacher, she now works as an Academic Services Manager at Globed and is responsible for supporting educators with top-quality e-learning solutions, developing educational content and guidelines for teachers, and conducting professional development workshops to augment both teaching and learning experience in close collaboration with educators.

Learning Tools and Goal Setting

The session aims to focus on improving learner growth and achievement through goal-setting with learning tools. In the session, how learning tools and goal setting foster self-directed learning and learner autonomy will be discussed.
